Well Togusa is a workaholic cop, rarely home, he's doing it for his wife and kid(s) of course! He also understands the stress a cop's wife goes through and since he's gone a lot, he realizes that she may from time to time cheat on him. He accepts it, after all, it's not her fault that he works so much. The only rule he has is that although she may cheat on him, she should also respect him enough to not let the kids know and to keep it out of the home. Even if he doesn't spend much time there.

Meanwhile Togusa is falling for Batou and since thier's is an open marriage, he'd have no problem being with Batou. One day, he goes home and finds his wife and her lover in thier bed together. He tells her that this is the second time that he has caught her thus and demands she leaves, not to worry, she'll get her divorce but not the kids. He goes with batou back to section 9 with the kids and Aramaki has already found them a new place, nanny etc, all section approved. He goes to work, still dates Batou. Later on Batou asks him, why doesn't Togusa ever spend the night at his place, Togusa points out that Batou doesn't have a bed. Couple months later, Togusa is called in for the divorce procedding but end up havingt to leave court because of a case and it's a bad one. Togusa doesn't want to go home, he's drained. Batou takes him back to his place and puts Togusa to bed. Next morning Togusa gets up and hugs Batou as Batou is making breakfast for Togusa. He kisses him and just hugs him before he realises that he slept in Batou's bed. The he's happy.

ok story starts...
Togusa wakes up in bed, he rubs his face, a scruffy half beard is on his face. Batou is lying beside him, all warm and toasty, toga grunts and rolls over Batou and heads for the bathroom

Batou shrugs "guess the honeymoon is over" .... turns his head towards the bathroom "Hey, don't forget we gotta go her play tonight, and the major is cranky, she's already called three times telling me to kick your ass out of bed

T: ::laugs and finishes brushing his teeth, spits, and rinses:: And what did you tell her.
B: to come do it herself, she declined
B: what did you do to her?
T ::laughs and gets into the shower::
B: ::heads down to the kid's room and wake up Sakura
S: ::kisses Batou and hugs him:: Do I have to go to school, can't I go to work with you?
B: Yes, you do. Go eat, breakfast on the table.... ::heads over to Togusa's son and wakes him up:: come up breakfast, then play
TS: 'wif you?
B: Nope, but how about during lunch, I come visit
T: ::watching B handle his son:: ~~You're good with him...~~
B: ~~Naw, he just too young to fight me. Weren't you gonna get clean~~
T: ~~ Thought you might join me~~
B~~ nope, not into shorting out~~
T: HAHAHAHA ~~I'll just go and get all wet and soapy on my own then~~
B: Hey kid, hurry up... Daddy's waiting for me!

new scene in the car going to work T: ::leans back and closes his eyes:: My ex wife called
B: ~~ what does she want?~~
T: ~~ the kids for a week.~~
B: ~~ No. I don't trust her around the kids~~
T: ~~ I told her I'd think of it, though I don't know how I'll keep her under surveillance
